Conclusions
-
1)
We have investigated the effect of a modulated microwave power flux on an absorbing film load which led to the appearance in the film of stationary zero-, first-, etc., order patterns.
-
2)
It was shown both theoretically and experimentally that the accuracy with which the microwave power distribution can be reproduced by the temperature pattern increases with the order number of the latter.
