Summary

The detection of diethylenglycol in wine through enrichment by Extrelut-column, extraction and thin-layer-chromatography on silica-gel is described. The enrichment permitted the detection of 10 mg DEG/1 of wine.

Zusammenfassung

Der Nachweis von Diethylenglycol durch Dünnschichtchromatograpllie nach Anreicherung mittels Extrelut-Fertigsäule wird beschrieben. Die Nachweisgrenze beträgt 10 mg DEG/1 Wein.
