Temperature dependence of the far infrared reflectivity spectra of a KD2PO4

Abstract

Complete data on far infrared reflectivity spectra of a KD2PO4 single crystal in the temperature range 7–300 K, from the millimeter wave up to 400 cm−1, for all crystallographic orientations of the crystal, in the ferro- and paraelectric phase, are given for the first time. The temperature dependence of the phonon spectra is similar to that we have observed and published for KH2PO4.
