Endopolygalacturonase immobilized on a porous poly(6-caprolactame)

Summary

Endopolygalacturonase was immobilized by covalent coupling onto porous poly (6-caprolactame) activated by glutaraldehyde. Catalytic properties and action pattern of the immobilized enzyme are described.
