The structure of realizations of generalized algebras of supersymmetric quantum mechanics (GSQM algebras) with several commuting involutions is described. Quantum Hamiltonians possessing such generalized supersymmetry are constructed. The connection between GSQM algebras and the algebras of extended supersymmetry is considered.
