Investigation of vapor condensation in a vapor-air jet

Abstract

A vapor-air axisymmetric submerged jet was calculated for various environmental conditions and a number of values of vapor concentration and temperature of the vapor-air mixture in the initial section of the jet. The process of condensation in a vapor-air jet was investigated experimentally with the use of the laser-optical method of measuring the degree of dispersion and concentration of condensate droplets.
