Biologische Aktivität verschiedener Intrinsicfaktor-Präparationen im Schillingtest

Zusammenfassung

An 16 Patienten mit p. A. wurden 7 IF-Präparationen auf ihre biologische Aktivität im Schillingtest geprüft. Es wird auf die Möglichkeit von Fehlinterpretationen des Testergebnisses einerseits durch perorale Vorbehandlung der Patienten mit IF und andererseits durch Verwendung biologisch wenig aktiver oder inaktiver Präparationen hingewiesen.

Summary

In 16 patients with pernicious anaemia investigations concerning the biological activity of 7 different Intrinsic-factor praeparations by means of the urinary excretion test were performed. Oral longterm-pretreatment with IF and biologically inactive IF-praeparations may cause false pathologic results.
