Abstract
The frequencies of 9 optically-pumped far-infrared emissions from COF2 have been measured by harmonic mixing in a Schottky diode with harmonics of 3-and 4-mm band klystron radiation. The measured emissions lie in the wavelength range 1135–358 μm. The results are compared with frequencies predicted from mid-infrared spectroscopy.
