Abstract
A new type of Fabry-Perot etalon that works on a very broad band for far infrared radiation has been tested. This implementation has been obtained by replacing usual meshes with wire polarizers. Its finesse can be adjusted by rotating a polarizer respect to the other one. The Fabry-Perot effect has been obtained in reflection instead of transmission.
