Zusammenfassung
Mit einem kommerziell erhältlichen Hämagglutinations-Hemmungstest zur Routineanalyse des Erythropoetins konnten erhöhte Erythropoetintiter im Serum nicht nachgewiesen werden. Der Test kann in der derzeitigen Form nicht zur Bestimmung des Serumerythropoetins empfohlen werden.
Summary
A commercially available haemagglutination inhibition test kit for routine analysis of erythropoietin was shown to be unable to detect elevated levels of serum Epo.
