Reflection and tramsmission coefficients of a FIR-laser couplage slot or hole

Abstract

We intend to propose a method for the calculation of the reflexion and transmission coefficients of a couplage slot or a couplage hole in the case of a TE mode. A simple example will be considered to estimate the accuracy of the results.
