Summary

The glass-activated kininogenase of bovine plasma, first described byNagasawa et al. (1967), has been prepared. It corresponds, functionally, to human plasma kininogenase II, in that it has the same substrate specificity. It differs from human kininogenase I, i.e. from acetone-activated plasma kallikrein.
