Conclusions

  1. 1.

    For the calculation of permeability of cores filled with a mixture of ferromagnetic and nonmagnetic powders it is recommended to use formula (4).

  2. 2.

    The true transformer ratio of the toroidal current transformers both air-cored and with dust cores can be evaluated from formula (6).
