Abstract

A method to determine the transformation of the distribution of errors in measuring devices under operational conditions is proposed. An example of utilization of statistical data of variations in metrological characteristics of oscillographs of the type C1- 65A is considered. It is shown that it is expedient to utilize the correlation law of constructing the distribution function as a function which determines the process of transformation of the distribution of errors in measuring devices under operational conditions.
