Application of harmonic analysis for evaluating deviations in position and shape of surfaces in components

  • Published:
Measurement Techniques Aims and scope

Conclusions

The utilization of the harmonic analysis, for representing the deviations of the actual surface, makes it possible to obtain differentiated deviation characteristics which are necessary for investigating functional relationships of the components' geometrical parameters to the operational characteristics of mechanisms.
