Choice of operating modes of a thin-film capacitive gauge with a gaseous dielectric

Abstract

The experimental investigations reported in the article were carried out for the purpose of developing a thin-film gauge to operate at maximum load or sensitivity. The gauge is made of polyimide film of various thicknesses with a gaseous dielectric.
