The present paper has its roots in Daniel Krasner's “An Objection to Lewis's Theory of Counterfactuals” which he presented to the Undergraduate Conference of the Greater Philadelphia Philosophy Consortium, in the Spring of 1992. In recognition of the primacy of Krasner's contribution, we forego the standard alphabetical listing of authors.
