Measurement Techniques Aims and scope

Conclusions

  1. 1.

The γ-radiation test installation uses a cobalt radiator with an activity up to 100 C suitable for testing dosimetric instruments in γ-radiation fields up to 0.42 R/sec (1500 R/h).

  2. 2.

The installation is controlled from the desk. The changing of radiators in the collimator and the displacement of the carriage are mechanized, thus ensuring complete safety in operation and raising labor productivity in testing instruments.
