Abstract
Five new subspecies of fourVeronica species are described from Turkey; one varietal name is validated by a latin description; and one species hitherto known under a wrongly applied name is re-described and provided with a correct name, the wrongly applied name is proposed to be rejected according to the recent version of the Code.
