Conclusions

The above circuit has a high stability over a wide temperature range, high efficiency, it is simple to adjust, does not contain elements which are sensitive to mechanical disturbances and have a limited life and, therefore, the regulator can be recommended for use in thermostats of various radiotechnical devices.
