Conclusions

In the field of statistical measurements any nature work should proceed on the lines of improving still further the statistical analysis equipment, in view of a direct relationship between its characteristics and the precision of special measurements; of standardizing the measuring and testing equipment terminology in the field of statistical measurements of stationary and nonstationary processes; of developing and standardizing basic methods and means for testing statistical analysis instruments by means of existing reference standards and installations.
