Conclusions

The employed methods of controlling the relative position of the axes of borings have errors reaching values equal to the control tolerances.

The proposed technique of processing measurement results, using the developed means, permits determining the center position of the axes of the borings, taking into account the errors in the shape of the openings.

3.
As a result of using the described devices and the procedure for their application, measurement errors of misalignment and nonparallelness of the axes of borings can be reduced up to five times.
