    The characteristics of the means for presenting information should be considered from the point of view of ensuring the purposeful operation of the “measuring instrument-man” aggregate.

    There exists in principle the possibility of replacing the qualitative characteristic of an instrument's readability by its quantitative expression in computing the reliability and efficiency of the “measuring instrumentman” aggregate's operation.
