Die Hämoglobintypen des Neugeborenen

Zusammenfassung

Auf Grund von Untersuchungen mittels der Alkalidenaturierung ist mit dem Vorhandensein von nur 2 Hb-Typen im Blut von Neugeborenen zu rechnen, dem fetalen Hb und dem Erwachsenenhämoglobin. Das Verhalten der beiden Hämoglobine in der Neugeborenenperiode wurde geprüft. Es zeigt sich, daß der Anteil des fetalen Hb am Gesamtblutfarbstoff sowohl bei ausgetragenen als auch bei unreifen Säuglingen in den ersten Lebenstagen relativ rasch reduziert wird.
