Conclusions

Despite the large working gaps of the annular and focusing nozzles, it is not recommended to use them in contactless pneumatic process-testing instruments, owing to their obliteration. Preference should be given to ejector nozzles which have larger working gaps than the plain ones and like them are not subject to obliteration.
