Method for linearizing output signal of broadband electrolytic relative humidity sensor

Abstract

This paper describes sensors for measuring the humidity and temperature of vapor/air media and a technique for improving them by linearizing their output signals. The latter made it possible to raise sensor sensitivity and measurement accuracy over the relative humidity range from 10 to 98%.
