Abstract

This paper proposes a procedure recursive in two parameters for constructing a sequential product quality control algorithm. One of these parameters assures recursive approximation to the optimal N-truncated sequential algorithm, while the other provides construction of sets of measurement result chains on whose elements measurement has been concluded and a final decision has been made regarding membership of the test product specimen to one of m classes, where m > 2.
