Synthesis of a system to correct mechanical suspensions used in standard equipment

  • Published:
Measurement Techniques Aims and scope

Abstract

This article examines standard equipment which reproduces the angular velocities of centrifuges, revolving platforms, and other apparatus that employ mechanical suspensions. An optimum control system is developed to compensate for constant or slowly changing exciting moments. Values are obtained for the coefficient matrices of the correction system.
