Abstract
Electrohydraulic testing units for vibration experiments on instruments are considered in the class of stochastic systems with variable concentrated parameters. A method for its description and analysis is proposed which is based on combining a structural approach for describing stochastic systems with an application of spectral methods of analysis of linear nonstationary systems.
