Design of magnetic induction-transducers for measuring the current of charged particle beams

  • Published:
Measurement Techniques Aims and scope

Abstract

Nomograms with curve families are given for selecting nearly optimal parameters of magnetic-induction transducers meeting specified demands and operating under given conditions. Nomograms are based on theoretical calculations and experimental functions obtained in practical investigations of these transducers. Software for transducer design with the aid of a personal computer is discussed.
