Information content of data from alternative tests with different durations in the presence of failures

Abstract

This article consider the problem of mapping test data with failures onto an equivalent volume of failure-free tests for subsequent use in planning acceptance tests and decision making. A model is proposed for combining data with different test durations in the same general ensemble.
