Abstract

Methods for statistical analysis of a quasi-Poisson pulse flux, the level of which is a random stationary function of time, are considered. Estimated values of the mathematical expectation, variance, normalized autocorrelation function, and density of distribution of the flux level are presented, and an analysis of the systematic and statistical errors of the estimation is given.
