Electrochemical oxidation of aldoximes

Conclusions

The electrochemical oxidation of aldoximes was found to proceed with the loss of one electron and formation of the corresponding iminoxyl radical, which undergoes subsequent chemical reactions more rapidly than undergoing oxidation on the electrode.
