Abstract
A device for measuring the angular shifts of distant objects is presented. The device employs an auto-collimation balance polarimeter with automatic balancing circuit. A unit which may be used to measure inclinations from 0° to 1.0° with linear signal output is considered as an example, applied to the case of objects up to 100 m away and with clear aperture of the telescope objective and reflector of 20 mm.
