Familial Budd Chiari disease: Angiographic study in two sisters

Abstract

The authors describe the so-called Budd Chiari disease in two sisters, aged 2 and 3 years old, respectively. The clinical and angiographic similarities suggest a common factor either congenital or environmental. This appears to be the first observation of familial finding of Budd Chiari disease.
