Summary
-
1.
The existence of 3,6)-1,2-dicarbacanastide polynuclear complexes of Co(III) with more than three Co atoms has been proved. A tetranuclear complex of this type has been isolated and identified.
-
2.
Experimental confirmation of the existence of complexes with a higher degree of polymerization has been obtained. Isolation and investigation of these complexes was complicated by the formation of byproducts and by the need to separate and identify polymeric compounds close in properties.
