Conclusions
-
1.
By reaction of 2,3-dichloro-l,4-naphthoquinone with piperazine, benzoyl, andβ-cyanoethylpiperazine there were obtained the 3-piperazino derivatives of 2-chloro-l,4-naphthoquinone.
-
2.
The N-alkylation and N-acylation of 2-chloro-3-piperazino-1,4-naphthoquinone was carried out.
-
3.
Photolysis of N-acyl substituted piperazinonaphthoquinones in benzene or alcohol leads to the formation of l-(3-chloro-l,4-naphthoquinon-2-yl)-4-acyl-l,4,5,6-tetrahydropiperazine.
