Synthesis of prenols ωt2c2sOH and ωt3c2sOH related to dolichols

Conclusions

A stepwise synthesis of two prenols ωt2c2sOH and ωt3c2sOH, related to dolichols, from geranyllinalool and isoprenoid cis-and saturated hydroxysulfones was carried out.
