9. Formation of 2-substituted oxa-3-phospholanols from amidophosphites and diacetone alcohol

Conclusions

  1. 1.

    The alcoholysis of amidophosphites byβ-ketoalcohols was studied under various conditions.

  2. 2.

    It was established that when the reactions are run in the presence of acetic acid the end products are 2-substituted oxa-3-phospholanols. A scheme was proposed for their formation.
