Conclusions

1.
The chemiluminescence method has been used to determine the kinetic antiradical activity parameters (the k7√k6 inhibition constant ratio and values of the stoichiometric inhibition constantsf) forα-tocopherol, butyloxyanisole, 2, 2'-methylenebis(4-ethyl-6-tertbutylphenol,α-naphthol, butyloxytoluene, 2, 4, 6-tri-tert-butylphenol, and Neozone-D, and β-naphthol in the inhibited oxidation of fats and oils.

2.
The activity of these inhibitors tends to be more uniform in the inhibited oxidation of fats and oils than in the analogous inhibited oxidation of ethylbenzene.
