Reaction of phenylsulfenyl chloride with C-(N,N-dimethylamino)-methylene-P-phenylphosphine

Abstract

PhSCl adds regiospecifically to the P=C double bond in C-(N,N-dimethylamino)-methylene-P-phenylphosphine to give PhP(SPh)2 and Cl2CHNMe2.
