Zusammenfassung

Beschrieben wird ein Fall von intercapillärer Glomerulonephritis (bzw. Glomerulonephrose) mit besonderer produktiver epicytärer Herdreaktion in Form von Riesenzellen. Die Veränderung wird als besondere Auswirkung einer bestehenden Lungentuberkulose aufgefaßt.

Summary

A case of intercapillary glomerulonephritis (glomerulonephrosis) is described in which the marked focal proliferation of the epithelium appeared as giant cells. The changes are regarded as a special manifestation of an existing pulmonary tuberculosis.
