Trimethylsilyl derivatives of 2,2-dimethylhydrazides of aromatic acids

Conclusions

Trimethylsilyl derivatives of the dimethylhydrazides of aromatic acids have been prepared.1H,13C, and29Si NMR spectroscopy were used to establish that these derivatives are the dimethylhydrazones of the trimethylsilyl esters of the aromatic acids exclusively in the Z configuration.
