Abstract

A group of eight asymptomatic patients with unilateral adrenal myelolipoma are reported. All lesions were discovered incidentally during US examinations for unrelated symptoms. A series of US, CT, and MR examinations showed typical findings in seven patients, and one patient presented atypical imaging, due to the predominance of myeloid tissue. A percutaneous CT-guided biopsy confirmed the definitive diagnosis in seven patients.
