Abstract
An x-ray diffraction structural analysis showed the molecular and crystal structures of two modifications of 6,9-bis-pyridine-nido-decaborane(12). The orientation of the pyridine rings relative to the ¦B10H12¦ unit proposed by Graybill and Hawthorne [1] was not confirmed for the crystalline states of B10H12(C5H5N)2.
