Conclusions
-
1.
Dizircoxane complexes under mild conditions react with compounds containing an active hydrogen in two directions: either cleavage or retention of the dizircoxane group.
-
2.
It has been demonstrated that dizircoxane complexes can form stable double compounds: [Cp2ZrYX]2·[Cp2ZrX]2O (X=Y=Cl; X=Br, Y=Cl) and [Cp2ZrX]2O · ROH (R=C6H5, C6H5CH2, X = Cl, Br).
-
3.
For [Cp2ZrBr(O2CR)]2°[Cp2Zr(O2CR)2] complexes the IR spectral data indicate the bidentate coordination of acyl ligands.
