Conclusion

  1. 1.

    Measurements of the complex dielectric constants of dilute aqueous solutions of ethylenediamine and 1,2-propylenediamine were used to determine the dielectric relaxation times and distribution parameters a in the systems studied. The activation parameters for the dielectric relaxation process were calculated.

     
  2. 2.

    The results obtained are attributed to the specific configuration of these compounds formed by one diamine molecule and two water molecules in solution and the hydrophobia hydration of this compound.
