Conclusions

  1. 1.

    A difference in the13C NMR spectra of the (aroyloxymethyl)triethoxysilanes and (aroyloxymethyl)trifluorosilanes is caused by the presence of an Si←O coordination bond in the molecule of the latter.

     
  2. 2.

    Correlation equations were calculated, which relate13C1 and13C=O chemical shifts in the spectra of XC6H4COOCH2SiF3 with the Hammett-Taft constants of the X substituent.
