Conclusions

  1. 1.

    It has been discovered by means of resonance Raman spectroscopy that nitrobenzene reacts with platinum(II) complexes.

  2. 2.

    In systems with Pt(II) complexes [K2PtCl4, Pt(DMSO)2Cl2, and Pt(Ml)2, where Ml=2-methyl-3-hydroxy-4-pyrone] nitrobenzene is coordinated to Pt(II) through the nitro group.
