Conclusions
-
1.
We have shown the effect of a substituent in position 1 of fluorinated olefins and allyl cations on the13C chemical shift of the neighboring carbon atom.
-
2.
We found an empirical, two-parameter equation describing the effect of substituents on the13C sp2-C of polyfluorinated olefins and allyl cations.
